Possibly. I can't remember why they were there, but I do remember that it was late at night, in front of a Seven-11 in one of the rougher neighborhoods in Salt Lake City. (In Salt Lake City in the early 80's, "rougher" just meant you couldn't leave your keys in the car. Someone may borrow it and return it with an empty tank.)
