A happy face I know his mother must love!!! ;)..and a grandma is probably still trying to figure out! But loves just the same!
That picture was taken 4 schools ago, so he's now somewhere around 22. Hopefully he's grown out of the "how many pencils can I carry around with my face" phase.
And this picture looks perfectly normal to me.... but then I teach junior high.
